Posted by admin at 3:13 pm Faculty Spotlight

Sr. Guadalupe Ramirez is an Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology. She has been a Sister of Missionary Catechists of Divine Providence, where they devote themselves to serve and proclaim God’s word to Hispanics, for 46 years.

She graduated with a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where her concentration was in adult spiritual formation. She implemented a project in mystagogy – an ongoing adult formation which focuses on the instruction of the sacred mysteries leading to a deeper understanding and significance for their faith.

Sr. Guadalupe believes very strongly in the continued formation and dedicates much of her time holding workshops and retreats for parishes throughout the diocese, especially for those in the Hispanic community.
