MACC has four dormitory buildings built in 1999 and most rooms are for double occupancy (two twin beds) and share a bathroom with one other room. There are a few single rooms, with a private bath, and are ADA compliant for people with disabilities. Each room has a telephone, desks, dressers, and air conditioning/heating unit.

MACC has meeting rooms available for rent and accommodations to church and non-church groups. Meeting rooms can accommodate groups as large as 120 people in lecture hall-style seating, and smaller groups (8-50 people) at tables. Dormitory rooms are available to outside groups when not in use by MACC students. The largest number of resident guests MACC can accommodate is 27 people single occupancy or 54 people double occupancy, with three additional single rooms reserved at all times for mobility impaired persons.  For more information call 210/732-2156, Ext. 7117.
