This bilingual workshop aims assist to develop and nurture the home visitors whose vision of themselves, as Christians, is centered in a profound experience of God and desire to welcome all people to fullness of life in the parish. It provides will provide theoretical and practical leadership training to people involved in parish home visiting for culturally diverse communities. This workshop helps to engage participants in planning and implementing concrete visitation plans and strategies which allow them the opportunity to develop and practice new skills. Finally it helps to build a network of culturally – and spiritually - centered home visitors who can provide support and resources to one another
